It has been quite some time since I have blogged.. so what better way to start back up than with a beautiful woman in a beautiful location. I recently traveled to Santa Barbara, CA where I met some of THE most amazing people. I attended a photography conference, United. I am so blessed to have the chance to travel for what I love and to continue to learn. Living in a small town, I’m figuring out pretty quickly that traveling needs to happen regular. Not every time do I need to go across the country but I need to make adventures. Adventures to live my life and see how everyone else is living theirs.

Meet Amanda, a beautiful, sweet woman, full of grace with the world at her finger tips. As she ran through the vineyard in the early morning sun, without a care in mind, those rustic brown cowboy boots peaked through. It is quite amazing that no matter how far I travel, a little piece of home always shines through… this time being a little bit country. Country Chic to be exact… and to top it all off with gorgeous & warm sun-kissed curly hair!

A huge shout out to Grassini Winery for letting us photograph on your land. It is such a breath taking area to be at sunrise. Next time I’ll enjoy some of the wine!
